We are looking for an experienced Packaging Manager to oversee our packaging operations in the Pharmaceutical Division.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure packaging process compliance with GMP guidelines
- Participates in the creation of Packaging Plan and ensures its achievement, according to the existing specifications and procedures
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Requirements & skills:
- Proven experience as Packaging Supervisor or similar role
- Degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office
