- Daily line haul operation, monitor line haul operation quality, deal with abnormal situation, make sure the performance of operation meet the benchmark;
- Investigate and survey logistics market, include FTL/LTL, establish line haul resource pool;
- Optimize line haul operation, include adjust lines, change line haul mode, and etc, improve operation and economical efficiency;
- Optimize operation mode to improve loading rate of line haul;
- Operate and optimize line haul system, improve the quality of line haul system with technical colleagues;
- Cooperate with customs to deal with abnormal situation, improve success rate of customs clearance;
- Generate and optimize line haul SOP, cooperate with finance team to finish billings and payments;
- Cooperate with purchase team to improve the quality of line haul vendors.
Job Requirements
- Be familiar with logistics market of Mexico, understand the logic of line haul rate;
- Be familiar with TMS;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Rich experience of vendor management;
- Experience in logistics /e-commerce/ customs is preferred;
- Communicate in English, other languages is a plus;
