Guest Service Agent [Vietnam]


 

Job Description


  • Guarantee excellent quality of guest room service (Standard of product: cleaning, setting up, designated room, facilities laundry, PA).
  • Manage & ensure all ambassador Housekeeping always follow up of Housekeeping procedure and Hotel's policy.
  • Prepared all proposals to working plan in department & maintain hotel's property.


Work Experience


  • 5 years or more, experience in the same position in luxury hotels
  • Minimum requirement of a Degree/Diploma Holder or an undergraduate degree from in Hospitality.
  • Guest service oriented; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Public Relation skill and excellent English & Vietnamese (verbal and written).
  • Good Business acumen, Strong Managerial Leadership experience and qualities.
