- Greet the customers and welcome them in a polite and pleasant manner.
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy Table& dining area before welcoming a customer.
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
- Inform customers about our special items as per the customer requirements.
- Offer menu recommendations upon request.
- Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Take accurate food& drinks orders, using a POS ordering software and handover the Tax invoice to the waiter or Customer.
- Inform the customer about the mode of payment available in the outlet.
- Answer the query of waiters and customers which is related to the bill and product.
- Answer all incoming telephone call in a professional and polite manner.
- Cash Management
- Serve food and drink orders in proper manner.
- Bag, box or wrap items carefully and arrange deliveries priority wise.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
- Handle Customer complaints in a very polite manner
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Any other Job as Assigned from Time To Time.
