Recruitment & Selection (Major Responsibilities)
Facilitate recruitment and hiring process by advertising vacancies, shortlisting resumes, scheduling and observing interviews, collecting required documents, checking references, and verifying salary history.
Preparation of employment agreements for staff and responsible to coordinate new joiners notification to relevant departments.
Conducting on-boarding program for all new employees.
Ensure employment medical screening are executed for new joiners.
Prepare bi-weekly vacancy and new joiner reports.
Upkeep recruitment related documents including approved Personal Requisition Form is received.
Compensation & Benefits (Other Task)
Responsible for the the preparation, execution and completion of the company's payroll.
To manage all staff personnel data and records.
Upkeep and maintain confidentiality of employee Personal files, Employment Contract, follow up confirmation, Promotion and other staff movement documentation.
Responsible for leave management including maintaining annual, sick, and holiday leave records for all staff.
Responsible for all task related to TMS record, attendance, device management of medical claims including Healthmetrics.
Management of Insurance claims and administration.
Prepare relevant handover documents during the transition of resignation/termination (e.g. Exit clearance form).
Management of staff lockers.
Undertake other duties as required by management including supporting related administrative function.

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
