Admin Assistant [Malaysia]


 

Job Responsibilities

  • To assist on daily office clerical/admin duties.
  • To perform general duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, mailing, liaising with external parties (printing companies, government etc.), company supply purchasing etc.
  • Maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
  • To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • SPM qualification
  • Preferably with 1 year of related working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Words and Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
